Owner Daniel Vallejo McGettigan, inspired by his Mexican heritage and travels, has found a love in creating architectural designs in beach-worn hues throughout the property. It was his vision for the vibrant and warm structures that so many guests have come to love.
Owner Susan Bohlken enjoys her role as executive restaurateur. The vibrancy of !Que Fresco! Restaurante continues to be the pulse of ZAMAS, a meeting and greeting place in the mode of Tulum as it should be.
General Manager Mara Andrade, with her warm and contagious smile, is responsible for "making it happen" in so many ways each day. She has abundant energy and brings great spirit to ZAMAS.
Executive Chef Paul Bentley has more than seventeen years of experience at top restaurants in Australia and New York. He is committed to sourcing local ingredients to compose innovative, elegant and seasonally driven dishes.
